Lead Pastor: Victor Neufeld
Victor and his wife Elaine have been serving at NKMB since 2008. They moved to Winnipeg from Dallas Texas where Victor served as an associate pastor at Grace Bible Church. Victor graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2001 and has worked as a physics & drama teacher in addition to 6 years in the telecom industry.

Associate Pastor of Youth: Eric Friesen
I am the Associate Pastor of Youth and have been at NKMB for 6 years.  I am the husband of 1 wife (Mindi) and 4 stellar children.  When I am not out and about with youth or young adults, or sitting in my office making amazing ministry things happen, I am usually with my family, doing some pretty amazing family things.  I love trivia and reading encyclopedia type material, watching football and playing board games.  I am also easily suckered into spending time watching Mythbusters and CSI, but if you don't have either of those on you, a good cup of coffee will do.  Mindi and I have only been married for 1 year longer than I have been in youth ministry, and it has become a major part of our household and our prayer life.  I enjoy connecting with students and digging deeper in their faith and development on the road to adulthood in the church.  My favorite book is The Ragamuffin Gospel.

Associate Pastor of German Ministries: Paulhans Funk
Paulhans and his wife Roselly have been serving at NKMB since November 2007. They moved to Winnipeg from South-America in 2003, where Paulhans served as a conference youth pastor for 9 years.  Paulhans graduated from Cemta Seminary in Paraguay in 1991.

Associate Pastor of Worship & Small Group Ministries:
Ben Harapiak
After serving as a worship leader at NKMB for a number of years, Ben joined the Pastoral team in late 2009. He previously served as Follow-Up coordinator for Camp Cedarwood, a division of Youth for Christ Winnipeg, where he was employed since 1996.

Children's Ministry Director: Tanya Boge
Tanya has been part of NKMB her entire life and has attended and later served in Sunday school, Girls club, Young Peoples, College and Career and Worship teams.  Tanya graduated from the U of M in 1996 with a B.A and joined the staff at NKMB in July of 2010 as the Director of Children’s Ministry.  Tanya and her husband have 5 children and have been leading summer VBS for the past 5 years.  She is actively involved volunteering in the church and community.  She is involved with summer camp, school lunch, classroom help, and is at her children’s schools as a member of the Parent Councils.

Administrative Assistant: Brigitte Penner
Brigitte has been working in the NKMB church office for over seven years. Before that she served 13 years at the “Mennonitische Rundschau”, the German language paper of the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches, six of those years as editor. She and her husband Henry became members of NKMB in 1980 three years after they immigrated from Germany. They have three married children and the world’s cutest granddaughter. Spending time at the lake and travelling are some of their favourite things to do.
