Tanya ensures that everything Children's Ministry runs smoothly including Sunday School and Kids Clubs. She has been part of NKMB her entire life and joined the staff at NKMB in July of 2010. Tanya and her husband have 5 children and have been leading summer VBS for many years. She is involved with summer camp, school lunch, classroom help, and is at her children’s schools as a member of the Parent Councils. 

Justin oversees all of the details that need to be coordinated to produce a creative, vibrant worship service. When Justin isn't working away in Photoshop he enjoys board games, watching films, and exploring the Manitoban countryside on his ATV.

Paulhans and his wife Roselly have been serving NKMB's German language community since November 2007. They moved to Winnipeg from South-America in 2003, where Paulhans served as a conference youth pastor for 9 years. Paulhans graduated from Cemta Seminary in Paraguay in 1991.

Serving on staff at NKMB since 2009, Ben provides pastoral care for our youth and young adults. In his free time, he can be generally be found training in or teaching Okinawan karate, playing various stringed instruments, or striving to brew the perfect home espresso.

Ruth works in the office and endeavors to keep the calendar straight and information up to date. When not at work she loves to garden, laugh with people, and snuggle her pet bunny rabbits Oswald and Bernard. She detests the cold.

Cathy loves creating worship experiences with dozens of of excellent musicians from the NKMB community. Cathy also runs our Wired kids church and our kids summer camps. She is passionate about building relationships with families and helping kids know that God has a plan and purpose for each child and that they are so loved by the Father who created them! Cathy and her husband Dan along with their four children enjoy all things outdoors.
