Our main worship experience will continue to be livestreamed on Sundays at 11:00 am.

We will return with in-person gatherings in February, provided there are no additional restrictions.

  • Sincere Condolences to Herta Doerksen and family on the passing of her brother, Eduard Reimer, on Wednesday, January 19 in BC
  • Congratulations to Jill who accepted a full-time position within the Seven Oaks School Division. Though we are sad she will no longer be on staff here at NKMB, we are happy for this opportunity. Our prayers are with Jill as she starts this new chapter
  • We are looking for a replacement wheelchair for in-building use at NKMB. If you have one or know someone willing to donate a wheelchair, please contact the Church Office at 204 985 6050 or info@nkmb.org
  • Do you have an old (working) iPad that you no longer use? We’re looking for gently used iPads for use in our worship ministry. If you have one you’d be willing to donate, contact Justin or drop it off at the church office
  • Cory & Masami Giesbrecht are coming coming from Japan and are looking for housing from the end of March to the end of August . If you have a house for this family of five to use for even a portion of their time here, please contact Tamara Rempel at tammyr@multiply.net

  • Community Roots Resource Centre (CRRC) is in need of Emergency food! Items needed are: granola bars, crackers, goldfish, fruit cups, etc. Spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, alphagetti , Ravioli, canned ham, tuna, etc. mac and cheese, soups, cereal. They are now able to accept frozen items such as bread, fries, hashbrown, frozen vegetables, frozen fruit etc. Donations can be dropped off at Jubilee (365 Edelweiss Crescent) between 9am-12noon Monday-Friday OR brought to the NKMB church office 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
  • CRRC in partnership with Jubilee Mennonite Church and ARocha is looking for keen volunteers who enjoy working with kids for our NEW Earthkeepers Kids Club. Volunteers need to be available Tuesday’s from 5:45-7:45pm, they will need a child abuse and criminal record check, and to enjoy being with kids in the outdoors!   • CRRC is looking for donations of clothes for their Giving Wardrobe. The Giving Wardrobe is a donation based clothing exchange that receives gently used clothing and provides clothing to those in need in the surrounding neighborhood. The Giving Wardrobe promotes re-use and the recycling of clothing. Donations can be dropped of at the NKMB church office 8am-4pm Monday-Friday

• for health and safety for all of our caregivers who continue to meet with those in need

• for our government leaders as they navigate the challenges of maintaining the economy

• with thanks to God that Winnipeg is able to provide Christ-centered programs to people struggling with poverty and addiction

• for wisdom and creativity for parents with children learning in class or from home
