Church Family Updates
Condolences: to Roland and Ginny Penner and family on the passing of Roland’s brother Alvin Penner on Sunday, April 28th in Paraguay. The funeral service took place on April 29th.
Congratulations: to Hans Lukas Boge, son of Hans & Tanya Boge and Reese Chop, daughter of Sheryl Groot and Al Chop, on their engagement.

Thank you: to everyone who donated household items for three newcomer families to set up their homes. You have blessed these families who are so grateful to you. Your generosity had a huge impact.
Church Picnic
Join us for a church family picnic at Camp Assiniboia in place of our usual worship gathering on June 9th starting at 11:00 AM
Summer Service Times:
Beginning June 16 we will move to 1 worship service starting at 10:00 am and a german service at 9:00am.
VBS Volunteers Needed:
We are looking for teachers for small groups, big group, story tellers, artists to lead crafts, paint sets, leaders for games, sign in team, snack team, worship leaders, skit actors and tech volunteers.
Sponsorship Update:
Fundraising has begun to sponsor Sarah’s remaining three daughters, Oretha, Anna, and Mary. The goal is to raise $45,000 by December 31 to allow us to submit the application at the next intake period in January. Please mark your donations as Refugee Fund. Thank you for your ongoing generous support.

May 26 at 7:00pm. We love our volunteers and want to show it. If you serve on one of our many volunteer teams, we want to show you our gratitude with an evening of Faspa & Trivia. Please RSVP by May 16 if you are able to attend.

• With thanks for all the volunteers in our church family, who serve in the many ministries here and those who serve in ministries in our community
•Through, Psalm 103:1-13 “Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me”
•For those struggling with sadness and depression. That they would find moments of joy this week and feel God’s nearness
•Carol Letkemen who gives missionary training and support to future missionaries
