Pastoral Evaluations

2025 evaluations for Ben, Justin, and Tanya

This year we are looking for feedback from our church family that will help us process evaluations to encourage Ben Harapiak, Justin Buhler and Tanya Boge. 

If you would rather use paper and pen, evaluation forms will be placed in your church mailboxes. Extra forms are also available at the information desk in the foyer. Paper surveys can be dropped off at the church office or in mailbox #35. If you don’t have an opinion on a particular question, just check ‘don’t know’ or ‘not applicable.’ 

The closing date to complete or hand in evaluation forms is March 23, 2025. Once we’ve processed the feedback, PMC will meet with the staff member give feedback & encouragements. The more we hear back from you our church family on these surveys the more helpful our feedback can be to our pastoral team members.
