Sundays 2pm - 5pm. Open to all Adults and Youth aged 13+. Ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Mondays 8pm - 10pm. This is more intermediate level volleyball where we aim to improve and help each other improve. Open to ages 16+.
Location: NKMB Gym - Enter at Door 6
Mondays 6:30pm - 8pm. Training in traditional karate is open to all ages starting at age 5. Location: NKMB - Enter at Door 6. Registration required.
