This year we are looking for feedback from our church family that will help us process evaluations to encourage Victor Neufeld and Paulhans Funk.
If you would rather use paper and pen, evaluation forms will be available at the information desk in the foyer. Paper surveys can be dropped off at the church office or in mailbox #300. If you don’t have an opinion on a particular question, just check ‘don’t know’ or ‘not applicable.’
The closing date to complete or hand in evaluation forms is March 29, 2026. Once we’ve processed the feedback, PMC will meet with the staff member to give feedback & encouragements. The more we hear back from you our church family on these surveys the more helpful our feedback can be to our pastoral team members.
Lead Pastor
Victor has been serving as the lead and primary teaching pastor of NKMB since 2008. He is married to Elaine, loves to travel, and has a lifelong fascination with space exploration. Before he came to NKMB, he worked as a teacher, held management roles in telecom and internet services, and pastored at a church in Dallas.
Pastor of German Ministry
Paulhans is our German ministry pastor and also serves in our care and visitation ministry. He is married to Roselly and they have 2 adult children. He loves to connect with people and in his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and going fishing. He also loves to watch sports.
